Clients will not be engaged as part of this SMS program for any external communication or marketing purposes.

We collect mobile phone numbers of employees who enroll in the SMS program through their manager or designated representative.

1.2. How We Use Your Information

Your mobile number is used solely to send business-related SMS communications, including but not limited to:

o Schedule updates

o Vacation and leave notifications

o Delivery or operations-related notices

1.3. Data Sharing

Your mobile number and related opt-in data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

1.4. Message Frequency

Employees may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on business needs.

1.5. Opt-Out

Employees may opt-out of the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. A confirmation message will be sent.

1.6. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

The SMS program is used exclusively for internal communications. Typical messages may include scheduling updates, vacation requests, and delivery notifications.

2.2. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary depending on operational needs.

2.3. Opt-In & Opt-Out

• Enrollment is initiated by contacting your manager or designated HR/IT representative.
• To opt-out, text STOP at any time. A confirmation message will follow.
• For assistance, text HELP or contact your manager or HR/IT representative.

2.4. Charges

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

2.5. Privacy

Your mobile number and related information will be used exclusively for this program. Coman of GA will not share mobile opt-in data with third parties except as required by law.

2.6. Eligibility

This program is intended only for employees of Coman of GA.
